Dividend Policy
In 2011, ¹ú²úAV resumed its dividend payment policy.
The Group aims at maintaining its dividend payment policy with dividends that over the roadmap period 2023-2025 should represent a payout ratio of 40% to 50% of net income (excluding non-recurring items).
Dividend in respect of fiscal year 2023
The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of April 26, 2024 approved the payment of a dividend to €0.36 per share in respect of fiscal year 2023. The gross dividend represents a payout ratio of 42% of 2023 consolidated net income and a yield of 1.2% based on the December 31, 2023 closing share price.
The dividend will be paid out on May 3, 2024.
